AppId is over the quota
I'm not sure why I often expect less from a Kindle book. Maybe it's the formatting challenge, or the fact that it's not a physical book that I can evaluate based on how many actual pages it contains.
This book was a pleasant surprise, and I am so glad I kept reading it after a so-so initial impression.
Yes, the formatting is weak in this book, and the book design was a little daunting. The real content of the book -- what you bought to learn about -- doesn't start until Chapter 6. (I'm hoping the author will reorganize the book by the time you read this.)
Overlooking that -- and I hope you do -- the content of this book is truly extraordinary. This should be a best-seller in the self-help category, because it draws upon the very best success advice I've seen or heard, anywhere, and then this book provides very specific steps to follow (with good examples) to address every weak link and blind spot in your everyday life.
If you like books by Dr. Wayne Dyer and Dr. Joe Vitale, you'll be delighted by this book. Many of the concepts will be familiar, but this author takes them in the direction of action... exactly what to do and how to do it, to improve your life.
Like many people, you might have watched (and liked) the video, "The Secret," but -- a month or so, later -- wondered, "Okay... now what?" This book gives you the "now what?" steps to follow.
That's where this book really shines, and that's very rare in the self-help field.
I've skimmed the book to about the halfway point, and every exercise impressed me. Each prepares a foundation for a later step in this life-changing process, and it looks to me like this builds to achieve permanent results, no matter where you are when you begin.
This isn't an overnight process. I'm not sure it could be completed in a month or two. The more time you spend on the early exercises, the better the results will be, every step of the way.
It's a remarkable book and one I recommend to anyone whose life seems stalled, if you're falling short of the dreams you had when you were younger, and you've watched "The Secret" and listened to Wayne Dyer but -- until now -- didn't know what to do, next.
If you paused to consider buying this book, don't hesitate another moment. I think you'll be very pleased with this, and grateful for the life changes and stalled dreams you'll revitalize as you follow the author's advice, step by step.
